First of all, that looks like no photograph of the twin towers ever taken at night I have ever seen, for any point during their lifetime and I've just looked at a couple of hundred in quick succession - not only does this (falsely) suggest full occupancy, there are WAY too many lights on and WAY too bright - they appear (at the very least) to have been optically brightened, if not outright matted-in.
Second, look at the composition, the framing - this is the ONLY picture I have ever seen of both towers AND Building 7 clearly visible, and from ground level (Building 7 also appears fully occupied).
Third, where the hell were they standing?
Fourth - I'm CERTAIN this is not just me.... But doesn't that just absolutely reek to you of green-screen to you when you look at it...?
